The 2018 Show is on Sunday 1st July 2018 from 11.00 am.
The only way to park together as a club is to buy advanced tickets by June 16th 2018, simply add your club name into the box on the ticket page. This allows us time to make sure all clubs have the space needed allocated correctly.
Yes. Although the easiest way is to let your members simply add your club name into the box on the ticket screen. This means your members will receive their tickets directly. Advance ticket sales close on the 16th June 2018.
No, having listened to club feedback from 2017 we know that as clubs you want space allocated out. We simply can't do this without knowing numbers. On the day entry will be single entries, so if you arrive together and haven't pre booked, we will park you together if we can but you would miss out on the prebooking discount .
Of course! Buy a ticket and come along as a single entry!
Admission is £7.50 per person at the entry gate but remember kids under 16 years go free when accompanied by a paying adult.
The Show opens to the Public from 11.00 am to 3.30pm.
Show cars are asked to arrive by 10.45 please.
You will be directed to the public car park as there will be no car entry to the Show after 11.00am.
3.30pm. Please note that cars will not be able to leave the site before this time.
For the safety of everyone at the Show. If you have an emergency and need exit the Show between these times please ask a Show Steward for assistance before moving your car.
Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome as long as you scoop the poop!!.

The site speed limit is 5mph .... please stick to this limit.
In case of an emergency please evacuate to Montgomery Way or as directed by the Show Stewards – do not move any vehicles.
The site is a working Auction and has machinery parked which is not part of the Show. Do not allow children, or anyone else, to play on or near any machinery, plant or cars on site.
Cumbria Auto Show excludes any liability for accidents or injuries caused by unauthourised access to any machinery, plant or cars owned by third parties.
This year the indoor hall is having CLUB WARS. This will be 20 cars from 20 Car Clubs. Each Club will nominate one car to go into the hall and will then be open to the public vote for the Indoor Trophies.
If you want your club to be considered for a place please contact us with details. As this will be oversubscribed Club spaces will be confirmed in June once the selection committee has made decisions on the mix of cars entered.
In the designated trailer parking area as per the map in the programme or as directed by a Show Steward. If you want to take the trailer or towing car off site please arrive early and do so by 9.30.
Tickets and Passes will be sent out via Royal Mail asap. Should you not receive yours by 20th June please contact us at email@example.com.
